My Heat Master stove is a year old and from the time I had it installed I have been impressed with the operation, ease of operation I might add, but equally important the service I have received from Jason Horn. As all stoves operate uniquely to their environment there are times when questions arise. Every time I have emailed or called with questions for Horn Enterprises I received prompt and courteous responses. Jason even stopped by one day ( I wasn’t home) and still checked out the stove to assure it was working properly. I know this is unusual in the wood stove business I have experienced.
